My name is Noelle, and I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where I also minored in Substance Abuse.
With extensive experience in the field, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through challenges related to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and severe mental illness. My professional background spans both inpatient detox/rehabilitation settings and outpatient mental health services.
While I have a particular passion for working with young adults, I am dedicated to serving clients of all ages. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, which allows me to tailor treatment plans to each client's unique needs. Whether you are seeking individual, family, or couples therapy, my focus is on fostering resilience, growth, and positive change.
My goal is to enhance your quality of life by providing compassionate support during challenging times. I am committed to guiding you on your journey toward healing and personal development. Together, we can work to create a brighter future.
